Snapper season is in full swing and opened on June the 4th for recreational. We are already hearing great reports of boat limits and very large fish. A good amount of Grouper is being caught as well. In shore has been on fire with plenty of Redfish being caught and many over slot sized fish. Trout has been good also with a 29 inch being caught by a Bluewater staff member Andy. Live shrimp is king for bait but as normal some of the bigger brand soft baits are catching fish. Pompano has slowed down somewhat but a few reports continue from out at the Cape and the Mexico Beach areas. We've got FISHGUM back in stock so gets yours before its gone. Until next time.
