BlueWater Outriggers Fishing Report 1-29-2025
Offshore: No reports this week due to the frigid weather. We should have something next week.
Inshore: Trout fishing is still on fire, look for the deeper holes in the creeks. Don't spend too much time in one area, they are either there or they're not. Move down another 60 yards and start casting. Try a 3/8 ounce jig with a white Zoom Fat Albert or Zoom Z Crawl. Remember folks Speckled Trout season closes February 1. John Brown of Chattanooga was down and got his first Snook using a Zman diesel minnow fishing the deeper holes in the creeks.
Freshwater: The Crappie have been biting down deep. With this warmer weather coming they should really pick up. Bass fishing should start picking up as well . Try using a Model A Bomber in red or orange this time of year.
Closing: We are getting new stock in every day so stop in and take advantage of this opportunity. Until next week, tight lines and don't forget those lifejackets and lanyards.
