It has been one of those weeks when you say, "wow, where do I start". Yes, it has been that good along the Forgotten Coast. We are going to hit the high spots this week. Apalachicola, if your seeking big fat healthy Trout and in the 18" to 19" slot range and bigger, get up in the Apalachicola. river. Mirror Lures are doing the trick. Along the Beach's from Mexico Beach to the Cape, Pompano and Whiting have really picked up, shrimp and Fishbites are best. Flounder, get under the Highland View bridge and use some of those "quality" Bull Minnows from Bluewater Outriggers. The Canal from St Joe all the way up to Overstreet Trout and Redfish bite has been strong. In these areas Saltwater Assassin and other brands of baits in the paddle butt Shad style are winners. Anglers enjoy the November fishing and until next week, Happy Fishing !
