OFFSHORE:
The mangrove snapper bite is starting to heat up with most of the action coming from inshore reefs, shrimp seems to be the bait of choice using a 2/0 or 3/0 hook. A fluorocarbon leader Is a must for the larger mangroves.

INSHORE:
Our local captains have been tearing up the redfish, sheep, head and black drum. Captain Lee Thompson of Shallow Seas Charters , Capt Pete Barwick of Bounty Bay charters, Capt Chris Lantz, Along with several of our other local guides have it dialed in so if you're looking for a great day on the water, check them out, it's always a plus to have local knowledge on your side if you're looking for a productive day.

FRESHWATER:
The river levels are starting to fall and the Crappie are starting to heat up. The largemouth bite has been great using live shiners off the bridge headed out towards iola . Jacob Holmes of Wewa Landed a 37 pound flathead using chicken for bait in the dead lakes. If y'all are on the water this week, keep an eye out for floating debris.
Don't forget to wear that lanyard and a life jacket.
